When the cafe comes to you, here are some things to consider …
Mobile Cafe Serving Station
We provide a mobile counter-unit that is 4′ x 3′ in dimension. This is a great option for most events as it is beautifully designed in glazed maple wood and chocolate colored counter top. It serves as a drink-preparation and serving station. However, if you’d like us to serve from a different space, we’re happy to discuss it prior to the event.
In addition to the serving station, it’s usually a good idea to provide one additional 6′ banquet table. The tables should have at least a 150 pound capacity.
Technical Requirements
- The espresso machine requires us to have access to 220-volt power within 25 feet of the serving area. We’ll cover the details of all technical requirements in the initial consultation.
- Access to the event space at least one hour prior to serving is needed for set-up.
- For frozen bar set-up, we’ll need one additional outlet within 25 feet of the serving area.
- When serving frappes, smoothies, and iced-coffee drinks for an event lasting longer than an hour, we require access to a sink in order to clean and sanitize the blending pitchers.

Placement of Serving Station
When considering the placement of the serving station, please keep in mind that some of our drink preparation machines produce a fair amount of noise.
