After you’ve looked through the various Mobile Cafe Services, we encourage you to contact us 3-4 months in advance of your date.  We’d love to meet with you, do a “tasting” (always the most fun part of planning!), and discuss the details of your event.

We require a 50% deposit to lock in the date of your event.  If the event is canceled, try to let us know at least 2 weeks prior and we’ll return your deposit.  If you have to cancel inside of two weeks, we may not be able to fully refund your deposit.

Our baristas and servers will arrive at your event in appropriate servers’ attire.  If your event is more casual, just let us know – we don’t mind dressing down!
