We’re very excited (okay, Wayne is very excited!) about our new espresso machine. This is an Astoria Gloria SAE 2 – it’s one of the best two group espresso machines out there and it will serve as the backbone for our catering service. Our previous machine has a new home in a local cafe – but that’s the subject for another blog post!
We got the machine from Guidos in Muncie, IN. They have been great to work with – check out the great work they’re involved in.
