We got to be a part of a really great event today. We served the faculty and staff at Cedar Grove Elementary School for an early-morning Christmas “party.” They provided a wide array of pastries, cakes, and other light-fare breakfast goodies. And we set up our mobile espresso bar as well as a brewed coffee station.
The featured specialty drink was “Christmas Mocha,” flavored with a hint of peppermint and vanilla and garnished with a dusting of cocoa and a candy cane! We brewed Alliance World Coffees’ Midnight Clear Blend, a special, seasonal blend only available in the winter. Christy and Wayne both started out with Santa hats! Wayne made it about a minute (too hot!!), but Christy rocked the Santa-barista look the whole time!!

We provide a mobile counter-unit that is 4′ x 3′ in dimension. This is a great option for most events as it is beautifully designed in glazed maple wood and chocolate colored counter top. It serves as a drink-preparation and serving station.
